IBP-Megaworld’s Awards Night 2014

The brightest stars of Iloilo Business Park (IBP) - Megaworld arrived in their most dazzling and glamorous classy gowns and suits to celebrate the first IBP Awards Night 2014 at the Golden Salakot Function Hall of Hotel del Rio last July 11, 2014 from 6-10pm. This year’s IBP Awards Night is a spectacular affair inspired by Hollywood glamour which gathered the whole Sales Teams of IBP (Team Titans, Team Optima, Team Maximus, Team Wolf and Team Brokers) as they paraded in their most stylish evening gowns and formal suit during the red carpet entrance. The teams performed and competed for a Glee-inspired musical lip-synched contest onstage. IBP honoured the Top 10 Superstar of Sales, a distinguished recognition for the 10 best performing Property Consultants from June 2013 to June 2014. The Top 10 Property Consultants were (Top 1-10) Romangelo Ong, Rex Carton, Lia Rose Belloga, Carlos Erwin Deles III, Jed Cavene Santos, Therese Ellen Tajanlangit, Ma. Dedjie Palomar, Hector Baylen, Rolly Sollivar and Rodney Tabangcura. The Top 10 individual recognitions were unveiled through a creative cinematic AVP exclusively conceptualized by IBP’s IT-Multimedia department. Also, the top performing sales team, loyalty awards for property consultants who stayed with IBP for one year, top sales producers for the month of June 2014 and outstanding IBP administration-marketing staff were given the recognitions they deserved. For 2014, Team Titans was declared as the Best Performing Sales Team and its sales manager, Frederick Gerard Ng was awarded as IBP Sales Manager of the Year. The winners for the Lip-synch Musical Contest are Team Wolf (champion), Team Titans (first runner-up) and Team Optima (second runner-up).

IBP’s visionary marketing head, Jennifer Ann Palmares-Fong shared her words of gratitude for the success of IBP-Megaworld in Iloilo City, and the unity of the Sales Team to reach their goals through a heart-warming closing message. IBP’s marketing staff, Nanette Bajador and Marbin Espina hosted the spectacular affair of glitz and glamour.

wordy me description: I've always been a believer of dreams. If you have the dream to reach out the world through the beautiful intentions of your heart--do it selflessly. Mostly, my friends used to describe me as an open-minded soul, romantic, caring, sensible and a conversationalist. I love to talk sensible things and sometimes those things that make up your day. artistic as I am, I love people who dare to express themselves "out of the box" and innovate. They say I draw very well. Art is my passion and the stuff of my imagination. True, but they haven't seen the sober side of every artist wanting to express themselves selflessly. But I know now, art has brought me a lot of inspiration and appreciation why I am one of a kind. I appreciate simple things in life and cherish memories shared by true friends...take this: I like walking in the park, on the beach or watching a romantic comedy movie at home. Think about how you could live your life like it is the last and smile like it has no end. I think about my real friends as the air that I breath, they taught me so well.
I am not perfect. In fact, I have my own ups and downs, miseries and pain. But I know, I am special and being imperfect but struggling to overcome my imperfections makes me a better person.

Recently, I learned that real happiness lies within us, it is up to us, a choice to be happy of what we only have. sometimes, happiness is not about wanting to have the things or someone we care about-- it is about embracing two words; acceptance and contentment.
