“In everything you do, always ask for God’s guidance and he will
provide the desires of your heart,” said Mrs. Rosario Uy Natividad,
the prolific managing director of Natividad Realty. Since the
launching of Savannah, Camella Iloilo’s 300-hectare serene community
boasting with premier lifestyle and unrivaled amenities, Rosario and
her realty group have been exclusively marketing Camella Communities
to the Ilonggos, providing them personal assistance and giving them
the inspiration to fulfill their dream life with Camella Iloilo.
But such significant success and reputation as the top realty group in
Iloilo City are fruits of sacrifices and patience. Looking back, she
related how she had been taught by her Chinese father the value of
money and hard work. In her young age, they were trained to take part
in their family business of selling hopia and toron de mani in Iloilo
way back in the 1950s. The early responsibilities she received from
her father molded her skills in business, instilled honesty, and
taught her to be independent in life. Though she somehow felt she was
deprived of her childhood and freedom, Rosario remained an obedient
child.
Her involvement in the real estate business happened in a twist of
fate she got married and her mother-in-law invited her to become a
part time agent. She worked with other companies before she became
involved with Camella Iloilo in 2000.
“Though hesitant in the beginning since I already build a name in
other real estate company, my perspective changed when a client
insisted to buy a property in Savannah,” she said. “I was even
surprised when she immediately bought two lots in Savannah,” she
added. From that experience, Rosario realized the outmost significant
and value of owning a property with Camella Communities. Not only, the
company develops premier communities throughout the country, their
every project is coupled with world-class amenities and easy-payment
package for their homebuyers. For real estate agents and brokers,
Camella provides them with a promising career and high standard of
income opportunities. From then on, she has managed to recruit more
homebuyers who remain satisfied and contented living in Savannah.
Likewise, she has maintained the position as one of Camella Iloilo’s
top property sellers in a short span of time.
Investing much on Camella’s admirable reputation as a leading real
estate company, Rosario together with her friends in the real estate
business formed Natividad Realty. One of the inspirations behind the
establishment of her realty group is Atty. Pamela Gako, former general
manager of Camella Iloilo. The present general manager of the company,
Mrs. Lily Donasco remains supportive of their group’s continued
passion, excellent service, and recognizable success.
But when I asked her about her success secrets, she has these simple
thoughts revealed: “It’s always about being humble, honest, and
friendly to all your colleagues and clients. In business, there’s no
assurance. Sometimes, you just have to nurture your friendship with
your colleagues or clients and maintain a free communication with them
because at the end of the day they will be there for you through thick
and thin.” According to Rosario, Natividad Realty presently has 20
active real estate agents who strive to excel and always put the group
on top for almost eight years. Both a blessing and gift she has
received by entrusting her passion to God.
“Aside from the success of Natividad Realty, a long list of loyal
clients, and friends who believe in me, I spend my time with my family
traveling abroad,” she revealed. In fact, she already spent vacation
in several Asian countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and
Hong Kong. She also hopes to visit Europe and the Americas in the near
future. But whatever her future may bring, Rosario, her family, and
the whole Natividad Realty remain grateful for Camella Communities for
opening a better and brighter horizon to traverse.
Natividad Realty’s office is located on the ground floor in Door 2 of
Casa Plaza along General Luna Street ( Iloilo City) with telephone
numbers (033) 337-9322 and 509-8020.
