related how she had been taught by her Chinese father the value of
money and hard work. In her young age, they were trained to take part

way back in the 1950s. The early responsibilities she received from
her father molded her skills in business, instilled honesty, and
taught her to be independent in life. Though she somehow felt she was
deprived of her childhood and freedom, Rosario remained an obedient
child.
Her involvement in the real estate business happened in a twist of
fate she got married and her mother-in-law invited her to become a
part time agent. She worked with other companies before she became
involved with Camella Iloilo in 2000.
“Though hesitant in the beginning since I already build a name in
other real estate company, my perspective changed when a client
insisted to buy a property in Savannah,” she said. “I was even
surprised when she immediately bought two lots in Savannah,” she
added. From that experience, Rosario realized the outmost significant

clients, and friends who believe in me, I spend my time with my family

in several Asian countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and
Hong Kong. She also hopes to visit Europe and the Americas in the near
future. But whatever her future may bring, Rosario, her family, and
